Thai Sweet Chili Salmon

An absolute favorite way to prepare salmon.  Egg at 375 or so.  Apply a medium coat of all purpose rub.  Place on egg with no plank, just skin.  About 10 minutes into the cook, apply a liberal coat of the Thai sweet chili sauce.  Watch the temp - aiming for 140 IT.  With about 5 minutes remaining, apply a little more sauce and flip the filet.  Be as careful as possible removing.  Enjoy!
