Morning All:
Just a simple 6.88 pound turkey breast for a Friday night dinner...after brining in the John Ash brine for 2.5 days then sitting in the refrigerator for about 6 hours to dry...onto the Egg with a butter coat with cloves, thyme & rosemary plus a sprinkling of Dizzy Pig Happy Nancy...

Indirect at about 325 with some Cherry wood for smoke...about an hour later ready to come off...

Sliced up one side of the breast...

Added some sweet potato rounds with some DP Pineapple Head...my plate ready to eat...
