Morning All:
Part of today’s menu will be burnt ends from this 5 pound flat…just put it on…

after 2.5 hours IT is 160+ so ready to wrap...

IT 195+ starting to cut into cubes…did sample a couple bites and oh, so good...

After cubing, adding a little more rub, my bourbon BBQ sauce and some butter plus the drippings from the foil then back on the Egg…

Ready to eat...

The burnt ends were for the appetizer...for the main course I had gotten a whole beef tenderloin & cut into individual filets...getting happy...

the sides were roasted fingerling potatoes & cauliflower steaks (for my wife, son & D-I-L)...

My plate (would have preferred a bit more rare but was VERY good otherwise)...

I didn't mind cooking my own Father's Day meal at all (especially since I get to eat it too!).

I said to my wife, 'Where do you want to go for our anniversary?' She said, 'I want to go somewhere I've never been before.' I said, 'Try the kitchen.'
