Beef and onions...

Morning All:

Started the onions first...three Vidalia onions, peeled, cut a few slits for pats of butter, a big spoonful of Beef Better than Bullion, some more butter & a healthy sprinkling of Dizzy Pig Shaking the Tree...onto a 400 Egg indirect...


About an hour later I chop up the onions & add about a quarter cup of red wine plus put the eye of round on...


Another 45 minutes or so & pulled the beef to slice very thin...


My plate, a slice of bread, some onion mixture, some beef & some more onion mixture...YUM YUM...
