Turkey on the BGE

I haven’t smoked a turkey in quite a while, so it’s pretty hot and humid today in NYS, so, we got up early and got this going. 13.5 lbs, I figure 6-7 hours @ 250F.  Does that sound about right?  Oops wrong area…beef, can i fix that?
