Memorial weekend over the fire pulled pork

Finally had a chance to post some memorial day camping cook.

Fun way to cook it. Looks like a success. Nice buns!

I got a good char on it for a couple of hours and then threw it in the Dutch oven and we went hiking for 3 hrs. So all told probably 5-6 hours
