    Being a SBGE owner and occasionally use it for L&S butt cooks, I know where you are coming from.  It definitely performs "above its weight."  Great bark right there.  Nailed that cook.  Congrats.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    I also have the small in my fleet.....with a family of 4 and 2 being small girls, my small sees more work during the week than the Large. I’ve also been known to take it camping as well.
