    As mentioned my initial comment, today I honored National Brisket Day.  
    Heartbrand Akaushi Beef.  Independent of the pics it was most enjoyable.

    And the money shot-the slices on the left are the small point.  Didn't really capture the goodness.  Hopefully the brisket gods will not be too pi$$ed off.
