Not sure how this works but the wife took her mom to a fancy resort/spa and outlets for mother's day and she came back with a 5.5 qt le creuset for me, lol.
Any favorites? Tomorrow I'm doing Puerto Rican rice and chicken.

Looks like the LC come with metal knobs standard, now. That's a good thing. I've cooked in mine for almost 2/3rds of my life; couldn't think of a favorite.___________

I have one just like it, but in the flavor enhancing Cerise color. I do a Pork and Fennel Ragout that is killer on Pasta. The longer you cook it the better it gets. I do a tomato based meat and mushroom sauce too. I've roasted a whole chicken in it as well. It's a very versatile piece of cookware. Mine stays inside for use on the range or in the oven. I have a couple vintage Griswolds for the Egg.Michiana, South of the border.
