Bought a Smoke Daddy Big Kahuna and adapter for the Large BGE I have.
It took a while---and my wife's much smaller hands-to get it connected. It still isn't "like the picture" and tilts down but got it set up. Pain in the aXX
I put threee smaller chinks of hardwood charcoal and a piece of a fire starter. Let it get some ash then dropped apple chips in. Set the air flow pump at max...to see what it can do.First smoke so cut a ball of Mozzarella in half and smoking it as the test run.
Top 1/4 open w/petals fully opened.
Have any others used this on your BGE? Does it work well? At all? Were you able to get the smoke cylinder to be upright vs angled? Mine is leaking smoke at the edges...the flange that is the adapter is flat vs curved so smoke escape is showing.
Any info/insight/tips appreciated.
Leaving this one on 2 hrs...on 1 hr now so will see if the chips last.
