Unidentified Cooking Object

Can anyone id the object in the picture? I was cleaning out my Egg cart and discovered two of them. I don’t think they have anything to do with the Egg; probably just holdovers from my pre-Egg era. I’d put them at 15 years old or so. I don’t remember what I would have used them for and am curious to see if anyone knows what they are.
