I've had mine since January. Sweet little oven.
The sous vide feature is legit. Couldn't be any easier to do a few boneless, skinless chicken breasts sous vide than in this oven. So far the only thing I have done sous vide is chicken breasts. Should probably try something else. :)
I haven't had any serious problems with mine but some folks have had problems with the water tank developing cracks. The included pan seems to pop/warp at high temps. Anova is aware of the problems and are working on that.
I tried to do a firmware update a few weeks ago but didn't succeed. I'd forgotten all about it and need to try to update it again. If it flops again then I'll hit up Anova for suggestions.
Got the Baking Steel Co baking steel sized for the Anova but haven't used it yet.
Saw that they have apparently changed the side rails inside the oven. Version 1 the rails were straight which means that a rack would slide completely/easily out. Bit of a nuisance when you are just wanting to slide out a casserole or whatever. The new Version 2 side rails apparently have a bend/dip in them so that the rack would hopefully stop at the "detent" so the whole steel rack doesn't slide out with your dish/skillet.
One resource I suggest you check out is on reddit -

Many Anova users there and one of the official Anova people often appears to answer questions and provide new info.
