Fricassée (with leftover short ribs)

I smoked some short ribs last week and had leftovers that I needed to use.  I decided to make a fricassée, my mom used to do that with leftover from Sunday roasts (overcooked french roast).  Using short ribs is a nice upgrade.

Cubed Short ribs
Cubed leftover potatoes
Chopped onion
Sliced celery
Garlic
Worcestershire sauce
Bovril concentrated beef broth

Start with the onions and celery and then add the potatoes.  Add the beef and the garlic.  Finish with some Worcestershire sauce and bovril.
