MLB Opening Day April 1st- plan and execute that cook-

Should be dogs and brats but I'm going with Wings (and mustard sauce).  About time!

@lousubcap It'll be dogs here, probably bacon wrapped.
For anyone interested, George Will has his baseball quiz out.  Tough one this year, for me.  Got 3 out of 35, marking any partially correct as wrong.

Got 17 (only scoring correct) out of 37-two bonus questions when I gave it a run.  Let the games begin!  Play Ball!

Since I said I would go with wings (mustard sauce) -no skill set but here they are:

However, the pull of Opening Day drove me to some Johnsonville cheddar and jalapeno dogs:

And since I was messing around, the below is quite a flexible app:  (Upgraded from a Jess Pryles opening salvo.)
Half slice of bacon wrapped around a dill pickle chip which leads to many options to place on the bacon before the pickle wrap-(cook seam side down at around 275-300*F indirect til bacon is rendered (40-45 mins.)).  These had a bite sized piece of brisket flat.  You can take this combo to about anywhere.

    Thanks for lookin-Play Ball!
Stay healthy and safe out there.
See all Friday night at the Zoom/Speakeasy-no excuses B)
