Is warranty@biggreenegg.com correct?

Working on a warranty replacement for a fire ring and my dealers instructions said to email warranty@biggreenegg.com, is that correct? My initial email to them was on 3/14 and I emailed again on 3/22 just to ask if they got my warranty application and if they had any questions, still haven't heard back.

take a picture and email it to the dealer and or visit the dealer with the pics. its between the dealer and his distributor. bge really isnt in this loop

So who do you go to if your dealer was 4 states and 6 moves ago?  At this point I'd go to BGE not a dealer if I had a problem.

Maybe the mothership saw this post? Maybe coincidence? Either way, I got a response back today and forwarded to dealer. Gonna snag me some of those new fangled bands while I'm there, this egg will feel brand new.

Any dealer for bge should honor your warranty claim
