Warranty Parts

I need to get to my local dealer for some warranty parts- 2 cracked XL bases and a couple fire rings. I’m expecting to have to deal with long lead times on both, but was curious what everyone has been seeing for turnaround times lately. 

We just moved, so this will be my first time using this dealer. They carry quite a bit of Egg inventory so I expect it to be a fairly smooth process.

    tarantin industries is the new england distibutor or least it was. in brentwood nh for new england. i suspect they distribute to most of the east coast

    I think turnaround time depends on your dealer. The warranty claims I've made (LBGE base, firering, firebox), with 2 different dealers, were handled immediately. Left the store with the replacement parts in hand, in less than 30 mins.

    Have you  communicated with the dealer yet? They may be able to give you a better idea.
