Colorado Meat Out Day

The governor here in Colorado has declared tomorrow as “Meat Out Day”.

So, tomorrow, I will be joining with many farmers and ranchers across the State as well as the Governors of Wyoming and Nebraska in celebrating “Meat In Day.”

Just cleared off 12 inches of snow from my large and defrosted the gasket and draft doors.

I will be egging my home version of Texas Roadhouse Roadkill chopped steaks.  Smothered with pepper jack cheese, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers.

Looking forward to sinking my teeth into a good chopped steak again!

PS - I noticed today that the founder of Texas Roadhouse just passed away. I will raise a fork in his honor tomorrow.

    We are in the midst of a 3-day Meat In Day celebration.

    St. Louis ribs Friday, tomahawk yesterday and Buffalo Wings today. 

    Large Egg, PGS A40 gasser.
