Mushroom and Canadian bacon pizza

With the yearning for pizza, I picked up frozen pizza dough from Central Market and other essentials.  The dough worked out well enough, though I will probably chop off about 30% next time as this was a little thicker than I prefer. 

Sliced baby bellas, CDN bacon, a porcini and truffle sauce and mozzerella.  The med Egg was about 620 or so.  Took just over 8 minutes to cook.  The crust lift test is what I use for doneness. 

Say pizza and the whole world smiles with you.  Say pizza on the Egg, and they also wrap their arms around you.  That wonderful wood fire nuance is tough to beat. 


About 2 minutes into the cook.
