Morning All:

Kathy found a roasted chicken recipe she wanted to try...it called for starting the bird at 400 for 10 minutes then lowering the temp to 350 for an hour...we all know how difficult it is to lower the temp on an Egg so having two is best...Started the bird on the 400 Egg...

after 10 minutes moved the bird to the 350 Egg...

bumped the 400 Egg to 425 & added the pan of root veggies (including red potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, red beets, golden beets & garlic)...

just over an hour later the veggies are done...

and the chicken is done too (though didn't brown up as much as I thought it would, but still very tasty)...

So the next time someone asks why do you have more than one Egg...here is a very good reason!

Have a GREAT day!
