Morning All:
Kathy found a roasted chicken recipe she wanted to try...it called for starting the bird at 400 for 10 minutes then lowering the temp to 350 for an hour...we all know how difficult it is to lower the temp on an Egg so having two is best...Started the bird on the 400 Egg...

after 10 minutes moved the bird to the 350 Egg...
![](https://i.postimg.cc/FzpGS1nq/K022821-02.jpg)
bumped the 400 Egg to 425 & added the pan of root veggies (including red potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, red beets, golden beets & garlic)...

just over an hour later the veggies are done...

and the chicken is done too (though didn't brown up as much as I thought it would, but still very tasty)...

So the next time someone asks why do you have more than one Egg...here is a very good reason!

You need a third no-meat egg to bake your famous sausage-cheese Bundt bread!canuckland

Morning @Canugghead
I do have two other Eggs (a small & a mini) but neither are "no-meat" & have done the Sausage/Cheese roll on the small many times (I don't have an issue with needing a no-meat Egg).Have a GREAT day!

I live in Utah. If anyone asks why I have more than X amount of eggs, I ask them how many guns they have. That usually helps them understand completely. We are a heavily armed state.
Cook looks awesome by the way. -
I struggle along with one Egg and use the Gasser as a warming oven, or sometimes as a second grill when I need more than one. I lust after having 2 Eggs though!

Thanksgiving one has the turkey and one has the ham. All ready togetherSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

Morning @Mickey
True that, though for me it is usually the turkey in one Egg & two or three casseroles in the other thanks to the adjustable rig!Have a GREAT day!

I have four kamados...when people ask why I need so many I just say. “If you have to ask, you wouldn’t understand.”
