I love cooking for myself when I can. My wife's palate or emotions can drive the cook but not right now
-One can each of venison and wild mushrooms
-Two cups cooked long grain rice
-one jalapeno and small onion chopped 
- one cup left over tomato sauce
- garlic powder
- worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper 


Garnish with gruyere cheese

Looks tasty man. My wife doesn’t like mushrooms either so I feel your pain on that. Reminds me of that Samuel L. Jackson line from Pulp Fiction, “My girlfriend is a vegetarian, which pretty much makes me a vegetarian.”
