Chain of Lakes EggFest...anyone going?

Morning All:

Anyone planning to attend the EggFest in Winter Haven, FL tomorrow...if so, please stop by & say hello...today Kathy & I are prepping everything & the planned menu is a Sausage/Cheese roll, a Ham/Swiss/Asiago roll, roasted root veggies, Tajin Salmon, pork tenderloin lollipops & finally a pineapple upside down cake...should be a busy, but FUN, day!

We had a GREAT time!  All of the items we cooked went over VERY well & it was good to meet some old friends plus make some new ones.

Where is the June EggFest you are referring to?

The fest is June 5th in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This will be my second year cooking and fifth year attending. Its sponsored by a platinum dealership located on an Amish farm. 

This was my gig last year. I used a lg with eggspander and a minimax. They did sell the egger next to me a eggspander at the end of the day.
