Costco brisket

Are Costco briskets already wet aged & ready to go on the egg?  I asked the ‘butcher’ at my local and he hadn’t a clue.  Thanks in advamce

    You can always wet or dry age it longer, but it’s ready to cook now.

    I had a competition guy tell me store in refrigerator 2 weeks (in shrink rap) after purchase
    I'm moving to a KC,KS suburb in 2 weeks and one of the 1st things I'm doing is going to Costco!  =)

    the packing date should be on the label. you would want to do 45 days from the packing date in the fridge and then I toss mine in the freezer and pull the one in the freezer I've got in there out to cook.
