This is steel framed with tile backer board, with tile countertop, and sides. All material on sale (woohoo!) but the steel. Took about a month of weekends. Both before and after photos

@matthethamm - That is quite the transformation. Impressive skill set and accomplishment. Something good out of this pandemic hose job. Congratulations!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Very nice. But, you got to get something nicer than those fireclay bricks to raise your egg with. It just doesn't match the rest of the quality!Napoleon Prestige Pro 665, XL BGE, Lots of time for BBQ!

I quit using my Blackstone griddle next to my eggs table altogether because of the grease splatters up on my brick siding. If I could rig some pull down shield that would protect that brick and be fireproof as well then I'd be doing some Winter months designing of modifications to my eggs table!

Extremely nice job.love the attention to detail. Ref the bricks. This will be safe for the stone also. Table nest.

Thought I would post the update done this summer. Still a few more to add (drink). Bricks are homage to the beginnings of this. Maybe a nest someday
