I got me a nice 3lb chuck roast that I wanted to make into burnt ends. After a little research, I found that there is a divide between cubing before smoking and cubing after smoking. What are your thoughts?

I would do whole and then cube. Seems like cubing beforehand would lead to a dried out result.XL BGE, Large BGE, Small BGE, Weber Summit NGMemphis
