  • Revisionist history. BBQ is as much African American as it is Native American and European, but not more so. 
    I used to be able to name every nut that there was.

    If you actually watch the video you will hear Twitty basically saying exactly that.  But, I don't know who we should believe here, a James Beard award-winning writer or a troll account created to annoy a particular member of the forum.

    I love Townsend.  Great channel.  However, I am struggling to get past the temperature in that room!  You can see their breath.  Put a bigger fire on man!
