Salmon experiment...

Morning All:

Kathy had picked up a nice salmon filet today & we wanted to do something different...I removed the skin & then seasoned with a lite coat of Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish then a heavier coat of Tajin seasoning...here it is waiting for the Egg...


Went about 4 minutes each side, raised direct at about 400...just off the Egg & split into two pieces...


Added some Cilantro-Lime rice for a DELICIOUS meal...


It was just a very minor bit overdone for how I like salmon but probably perfect for most people & the flavors from the two rubs was great...this is definitely a do again!

    Looks great, haven’t had salmon in a while, so expensive even for farmed.   I like my salmon cooked, and what you have there is what I like.
