My rendition of the eggslut fairfax sandwich.
Soft scramble eggs tossed with chives. Butter toasted brioche. Maple, onion, bacon jam. White truffle hot sauce infused Mayo. Caramelized onions. Tossed under the broiler for a few minutes with extra sharp cheddar.
