Decided to make my rendition of this egg slut dish. A few changes from this video including a white truffle hot sauce mayo, and a maple bacon onion jam.

Brioche toasted bun. Soft scrambled eggs with chives. Truffle hot sauce infused Mayo. Caramelized onions. Bacon jam. Tossed under the broiler for a few minutes with extra sharp cheddar.
