Hello All,
Has anyone tried to make a table that goes on the back of a pickup truck? I have a large green egg that i would like to transport from event to event. has anyone seen a clever way to load the green egg into the back of a pickup?
Thank you

I've moved mine a bunch of times. Table with 4" wheels and a ramp. Can do it myself.Outside of going with some expensive system of a crane, hoist, hydraulics and custom welding, I think the easiest solution would be to buy something like this. you could probably use the nest handler and just strap it down good.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
That's a good solution! heathauler.com

I built this for my Small Egg but it could easily be made for a Large.
PVC pipe for legs with caps on the bottom. Could even mount little casters on the bottom of the table so it would roll into your truck bed. I pull up the legs and slide it into my Subaru Outback with Small Egg in place. Taken to a couple Eggfests. Simple, cheap build.
I have done it by myself but super easy to load and unload with 2 people. But Im sure I could not do it with the Large by myself.
Just carry to truck, while holding one end, slide 2 legs down and out of table. Push table most of the way into truck then pull out other 2 legs off and slide into truck.
