With the way this friggin year has gone, I figure this Weds would be a good run-up to watching 2020 roll into the history books at the close of Thursday 12/31.  Can't get here soon enough.
Below is some back-ground info:
"National Bacon Day is an unofficial U.S holiday which falls on December 30th and is celebrated on an annual basis. The purpose of this holiday is to celebrate that tasty morsel of cured pork belly that is commonly known today as bacon. It’s a great day to enjoy bacon as a snack, with one of your meals for that day or even incorporate it into a tasty dessert. After all, everything goes better with bacon, so they say. This holiday shouldn’t be confused with International Bacon Day – a holiday which falls on the Saturday before Labor Day."
So, plan ahead and celebrate as you see fit!!  But do celebrate!

    I've got nothing-prepped a load of ABT's to roll this PM and then had the called audible.  Too late for me and my state of LEO to mess with now!
    Unless I get Trick-F'ed Thursday early I will complete the cook.  
    Happy New Year- as it can't get here soon enough.
    Friday night venting session at the Zoom/Speakeasy opens at 5 PM (EST).  Stop in as drinks are "on your house" and it will be quite entertaining as they have been since April.
