OT: Any woodworkers out there? Help!
Hey guys I’m working on remodeling a house and the homeowner wants some cabinets moved around and 2 built to match. These cabinets were made in 87 and the maker is deceased. What I am trying to figure out it how to make this double notched groove on the face? Any one?

Router table with the appropriate bit.

Looks like that may have been cut with a plow plane (a router bit could not have cut that). Try Lee Valley Tools or Garrett-Wade; good luck!
EDIT: Here's the blades he may have used:

A router table/bit absolutely could have cut that. As could a shaper (basically a router table on steroids) with the appropriate cutter or moulding knife profile. The problem with either the router/shaper or plow bit is getting an exact or close enough match.A custom cutter could be made but that can get rather $pendy for just a small one off job like this. What I would do (if I didn't already have a matching bit) is to measure the existing profile, recreate that in a CAD/CAM program and have my CNC router cut the profile. Would take three times as long but would be more fun.Actually, if I didn't have an appropriate bit I'd find a local cabinetmaker and see if they had the right cutter (they probably would) and just sub that job out to them. Probably cheaper than the $50 router bit.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk

Ah, you're right, as long as OP remembers to cut the grooves before the frame is assembled (the grooved face of the stile is facing downward on the router table).___________

That bead was clearly cut as part of the same workflow that cut the mortise before the trim/frame was cut into individual lengths for rails and stiles. The stiles would have a separate pass thru the router/shaper to cut the tenons.

Without the exact router bit, you may be able to get close to the profile by cutting the grooves on the table saw and using sandpapaer to round over the edges to get a similar profile. If the cabinets are not to close to the original ones, it may not be noticeable.
