Accidentally made great soup!

So I egged my first turkey earlier this week.  In searching the forum I found that a few people recommended puree'ing the veggies roasted under the turkey and use that as gravy thickener.  Which I did. The flavor was awesome. Worked well.

However...  I had extra veggie puree leftover (I had added chicken stock to the veggies when I blended them, as I had used all the turkey drippings for gravy).  Heated the last bit of it up today and it is truly a fantastic soup as is.  You could probably add some cream to it or other items to accent it, but so flavorful.  Had the last bit with a little stuffing on top.

Turkey was excellent as well.  Spatchcooked and cooked raised indirect at 350.  15#.  Dry brined.  Took just under 2 hours and was the best turkey I recall eating.  (or, as good as any others I've had where someone seems to have done a lot more prep than I did to make it)

The pan under the turkey has carrots, celery, onion, some stock and a sprig of rosemary.
