Morning All:
Added some more rub before putting on the Egg at about 8:00am, the Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head/Red Eye Express combo on the left & the Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ on the right...smoke provided by a couple chunks of hickory & a couple chunks of guava...looking forward to some delicious pulled pork this evening!
