The UK has already issued emergency usage approval for the Pfizer vaccine. Health care workers are currently receiving their notices of where and when to report for the "jab". First vaccinations are anticipated Sunday or Monday.

Meanwhile in the US, they will meet on the 10th to discuss it. The European Union won't even meet about it until December 29th. No hurry I guess.
