Sorry I haven't posted many cooks over the last few years but my motorcycles are still a priority (just got back from a Central America ride).
Brent @brentm did a great job reverse engineering and even better job identifying some faults with the Stokers. With that, I still like my Stokers because I have 3 BGEs and like 1 controller taking care of it all. I also have my BGEs in a location that are far away from my house/ garage/ deck ect so when the Stoker goes into stupid mode, I only loose the food without my house burning down.
If you are wanting to buy something else, I would like to buy your fan unit. I don't even care if the fan itself is junk, I just want the electronic end.
