help with reheating sides in egg please!

bought some sides from cracker barrel and we dont have enough room in the oven so i want to heat on the egg calls for a temp of 400 i plan to use the plate setter legs up with a grate on top should i just roll with a dome temp of 400? more less? THANK YOU have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

If it calls for 400 in the oven I would go 425 dome just because there is usually about a 25° difference between grate and dome. Either way your just reheating so your only looking at a few min difference between 400-425.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini.
