I know some of mi amigos on this forum like the hot stuff. We bonded over Roasted-Habanero Salsa. I saw an opportunity to try some local "raw" hot sauce and jumped in. I started with two bottles: Serrano and Habanero-Bell. I placed my order yesterday and was thrilled to see a box waiting for me on the counter today! We were also set to eat Mexican for dinner tonight so I was able to bring these out to try.

I got a kick out of the fact that they come in an eye-dropper style bottle. I kept applying more and more to the carnitas and chips with dinner tonight until I got my fix. I think these will really shine on eggs. More info tomorrow. For now, here's a link to the vendor in case anyone else is interested:

I have had the Thai Chili one before it was really good. Not as hot as I thought it would be but great flavor. The owners are a friend of an acquaintance and she turned me on to it when I was up in Santa Cruz. Good stuff from good people.Cheers,

Those look good. I also like the bottles.I recently tried my hand at making a super easy grilled pineapple and jalapeño sauce. Was easy and great, but quite mild relative to what I’ve been using recently. https://www.copymethat.com/r/nXnaxH8/grilled-pineapple-jalapeno-hot-sauce-fir/I retained a lot of the seeds for added kick.I’ve also been exploring hotter and hotter sauces as of late. My daily dipper is a 700 000 scoville sauce, while I have some others up to 1.5M scovilles for those special occasions.
