Hello everyone... I am in the mood for some good paella. Any recommendations of a good, but not too expensive, pan to use on a Large BGE? Also any recipe recommendations?
Thanks

I use this deBuyer carbon steel pan. It is useful in many other applications as well.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

I love this website, and his Paella section is great! He mentions a few pans, too.

My family wont let me try another recipe than this one: https://www.chowhound.com/recipes/grilled-paella-mixta-paella-with-seafood-and-meat-29656 I follow the recipe and cook with the pan direct on the platesetter (feet downwards)
