Boneless chops, poppers and butternut squash

Took advantage of decent weather and a quiet Sunday afternoon. Brined boneless chops ( raw honey, salt, minced onion, apple pie spice, cinnamon, water). Halved and baked the squash then into CI with salt/pepper, butter, cinnamon and a bit of shredded cheese, and back on the egg while poppers finished and chops grilled.
