Turkey breasts and brisket flat for Thanksgiving

Planning to do the cook above for Thanksgiving. Using the Dr BBQ recipe for the brisket flat-did it this summer and it was really good. I have the Eggspander so I would like to do all together on our large egg. With the egg temp @ 235-250 degrees, what would be the time/pound for the turkey breast? We would like all to be done around the same time.
Thanks.

Your probably looking at 25-30mins per pound. Keep in mind at those low temps your going to have more of a rubbery than crispy skin. If it were me I would do the flat first then FTC in a cooler while you cook the turkey. The brisket will benefit from the rest.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.
