Crab Cakes on the Egg

I did crab cakes tonight with great results. Used my half moon griddle with an internal temp of 400 degrees. Used a simple recipe I found on Cook’s Illustrated website for Maryland Crab Cakes. The addition of the smoke from the Egg added a new dimension to a great recipe. Give it a try!
