Birthday dinner...

Morning All:
For my much better half...today she became older than me (again, we've been "the same age" for the past 13 days) & she chose what she wanted for dinner, the three S's...Salmon, Shrimp & Scallops...The salmon had DP Raging River with the butter & syrup glaze only we used Walnut syrup instead of Maple syrup...
And for the side dish another S...Sweet Potato...a new recipe for us...cut into bite size pieces, mix with melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, brown sugar & I added some DP Pineapple Head...indirect at 350 for an hour...
The birthday girl's plate plus the salad & sweet tators...
I also finally started using my new dome thermometer...I've had them for a few months, but for some reason just didn't install them...
The birthday girl was VERY satisfied!
