Naan Bread Pizza

Raised direct at 450*.  First was a white with roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, kalamata olives, feta, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Next was a Gramma’s Special with hand crushed San Marzano style tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, basil.

Yep, naan is a nice make shift crust sub for anyone. I keep a pack in the freezer just in case.

Feeding young kids also used frozen bagel, tortilla, and sliced bread.

Wegmans is the only place I found this round Naan “crust”.  My next pandemic venture will be pizza crust.

I've been enjoying naan bread lately, I've been eating lunch at a place that makes a BLT on naan bread with an excellent house made ranch dressing.
@500 your pizza looks fantastic.
Costco has carried naan bread that was round, that was as recent as last year, I haven't been in or renewed my membership since the pandemic hit.
