Raised direct at 450*.  First was a white with roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, kalamata olives, feta, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Next was a Gramma’s Special with hand crushed San Marzano style tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, basil. 


I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
