Spot-on. My first year stationed in Albuquerque followed an especially dry growing season, which resulted in the chiles being especially hot; even the locals were sweating after a dish. For a German/Norwegian newcomer, it was a Baptism of Fire, but I've been a chile-head ever since.Legume said:
