Wrapped around a turkey breast so it will be uniformly exposed to the heat. Some fresh ground black pepper to add some zip. The diagonal weave adds flavor. I read it on the internet so I know it’s true.

All kinds of yummy. About 90 minutes on a 375* egg. Pulled at 175* internal and let it rest a bit. Served with Brussels Sprouts slow cooked with a balsamic reduction and a side of Uncle Bens.Food coma inducing.Michiana, South of the border.
