Just a light supper...

Morning All:

The much better half stopped at Publix yesterday & brought home a 2.76 pound rib roast...getting ready to cover with butter with herbs...


On the Egg indirect at 400...


About 30 to 40 minutes later the internal was 115 to 118 so pulled to rest for a few minutes while I removed the stone so I could do some asparagus for Kathy...


Sliced in half...nice & rare...it was delicious...


More than enough for the three of us (MomT is back with us) so will have some fantastic leftovers the next couple days.
