Finally Game Day!! Oh and a brisket

Thank heavens it SEC time!!!  I cannot wait to watch some football today/tonight.  Hoping for a good performance out of the Gamecocks tonight under the lights.  And as my first cook on the Yoder I figured let’s go with a Wagyu brisket.  Just a small one, a little over 9lbs trimmed.  Just some salt and pepper and off she goes.  Using mesquite pellets on this one.  I will let y’all know how it goes.  I hope everyone enjoys their Saturday.  Go Gamecocks!!!
