Picanha Steak 😍

Clearly doing a great job of posting the food once we’ve cooked it...

@Nicholas_Wetton @GlennShivers87 and I bought some Picanha steak from our local butcher (Pampita Meat Shop). Dad did a little research on Hey Grill Hey and seasoned with a little salt.  

We grilled it like we were in Sao Paolo (remember travel!?!) - rotating the meat every two minutes between direct and indirect heat.  

The meat came with the most delicious chimichurri sauce (does anybody have a recipe??)

The dogs clearly enjoyed dad carving the meat tonight...
