Pepper Stout Beef

Inspired by @JRWhitee I jumped into the Pepper Stout Beef game. 4 pounds smoked indirect at 250° until IT of 165°. Used a 2019 Founder’s KBS as the guest of honor.  Finished @ 350 for another 3.5 hours. Meat fell apart and it delicious. Served on hoagies with pepper jack cheese.
