Last minute decision to cook chicken and steak fajitas on a beautiful, cool afternoon. 
Seasoning - chicken-   Fiesta Brand Chicken Fajita Seasoning

Steak - internet concoction ( posted below) - simple but it was pretty fantastic

 
Beef Fajita Seasoning 

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
